While the Race to Dubai is heating up on the European Tour, Miguel Angel Jimenez was ice cold at the BMW Masters. Golf’s ‘Most Interesting Man’ capped off his 19-over performance that included rounds of 77-70-72-88 by hitting four balls in the water and carding a 9-over 13 on the par-4 9th, his final hole. Because, well, why not?
Jimenez was not alone in making big numbers at the BMW Masters. China’s Tianyi Wu ended the event 32 over par and only broke 80 once (76-83-80-81). Moral of the story: Golf is hard.
